Hours

I see clients at my Denver office Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.  I have client hours at other times or on weekends by special arrangement.

I charge $110 for a fifty-minute counseling session.  Payment plans or sliding scale are accepted on an as needed basis.  Please contact the office regarding any provisions.  

Payment is due at the time of service. 

The Center accepts cash, check or credit card. (Visa, Master Card)

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please plan to pay for a session cancelled without a 24 hour notice.

Insurance

I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Please note that I am not allowed to bill an insurance company for a session you miss or cancel without a 24 hour notice.

 Email

I do not use e-mails in the therapeutic relationship, although I occasionally exchange emails on non-therapeutic matters, such as setting up or rescheduling appointments.

 Phone Messages

I check my telephone messages regularly and return phone calls within 24 hours.  There is no charge for an emergency call under ten minutes; calls over ten minutes will be pro-rated.
